SIMS-Sludge Age Control

Controlling system biomass is a key component to meeting consistent, high quality effluent in the activated sludge process. Maintaining the appropriate amount of biomass can be automatically controlled via the SIMS (Solids Inventory Management System) feature of the Sanitaire Control System. This process control option offers continuous, real-time monitoring and sludge wasting from the system. When provided with a Sanitaire SCADA system, MLSS, WAS data log and trending is available.
